What is the max dose of Lisinopril tablets. One doctor said 40mg and another said 80mg with only 50% of one kidney, Please advise. ## I am taking lisinopril /hctz 20/25. I get 180 Oxycodine 30mg each month. Is there some law that the doctor can't prescribe more than 1 per 4 hrs? That comes to 180 per month. I would like to take about 2 more per day. Codeine Phosphate (15mg-60mg) 4x daily for a maximum of 360mg within a 24 hour period. Doses may be repeated up to every 4 hours. The prescriber must determine the number of tablets per dose, and the maximum number of tablets per 24 hours based upon the above dosage guidance. Have been taking pain pills for past 10 years for back issues. New doctor had me on Morphine extended release and immediately release for 5 months then switched me to 15 mg Oxycodone for 5 weeks after surgery and was taking 15 mg every 6 hours, but last 2 weeks I took 1 every 4 hours. I had been on oxy before and I don't do well with it. Already addicted and wanted to get off it I asked for Hydrocodone. He gave me 10/325 taking every 4 hrs. My withdraws are bad and the pain is back. Nurse called back and said I can't take more than 1 every 4 hrs and to deal with it. What to do? I got myself off Oxycodone before over 3 months of cutting myself back. This is killing me. Please give me advice. Also was told to talk antihistamine and 4 ibuprofen each time. i took 5.25 of Mirapax er . will i be ok? ## Information I've gathered on Mirapex ER (Pramipexole) states that the maximum recommended dose is 4.5 mg per day. The efficacy of dosages beyond 4.5 mg/day has not been established nor studied in clinical trials. I wouldn't call 5.25 a serious overdose if you are still feeling alright. You may just be more prone to experiencing a higher level of side effects for the time being; but to play it safe I'd strongly recommend paying close attention to your upcoming doses and monitoring how you feel in case some undesirable side effects eventually do happen in subsequent high doses. I would like to know the amount of hydrocodone in a teaspoon dose ## I cannot say that definitively, there are several dose available ranging from 1.67mg per tsp up to 30mgs per tsp.
