I have Mavidol TR ampoules that my doctor I saw in Mexico gave me for migraine. He showed me how to inj. but I lost the paper that told me how much to use. These are 10 mg - 25 mg/ml. What would the dosage be for an adult 200lbs? Thank you! ## Mavidol contains the active ingredient Ketorolac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. There is more information on this medication on MedlinePlus. The dosage, however, can vary and should be decided by a doctor. It can also be contraindicated with some other medications, and medical conditions. Have you tried consulting your regular doctor? Are you on any other medications?

Where can I get this medicine in USA ## Hello, Sheri! How are you? The FDA lists this medication as containing Ketorolac and Tramadol. This combination is not available in the U.S. The FDA has never approved it for use here. This is an opioid analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Have you consulted your doctor? They could prescribe them both separately.

In 2016 I made it 5 weeks into Harvoni and couldn't live with the side effects. Since 2016 my liver fibrosis has increased now at a 2-3 was a 1-2 for yrs but its now jumped up since the Harvoni. My Dr wants me to start a new treatment but with my sensitivity to medications I'm scared. I've been looking into Mavyret? The paperwork the nurse gave me said 8 weeks? Looks doable ? Was wondering if anyone has had any long term side effects? My Dr said most people tolerate Harvoni , but on this forum I found a group who had as bad, if not worse side effects then I had!. In Tijuana today I had 2 teeth pulled. They prescribed Mavidol Ketorolaco for 5 days. I already take Vicodain for pain in my lower back where surgery went wrong and now have bone against spine. Is there any problems using both pain medicines> ## Hello, Gwen! How are you? The Ketorolac is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. There are no interactions listed between it and the Vicodin, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure. It can also increase the risk of bleeding, so there are some risks to taking it after extractions. However, you might not need both, the Vicodin might do well for alleviating the pain from the extractions. It's actually what many dentists offices prescribe for that. This is a nar...

This drug works. I had no side effects. I took this expensive medication for 3 months. The name of the drug is Mavyret. Has anyone else had a positive experience with it? ## I see that the FDA approved Mavyret (Glecaprevir + Pibrentasvir) for use in treating hepatitis C on August 3rd, 2017. So it hasn't been on the market for very long relative to other hepatitis C treatment options such as Harvoni (Ledipasvir + Sofosbuvir). This must be why there aren't many reviews yet. Interestingly enough, Mavyret was specifically approved to treat adults with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1-6 without cirrhosis (liver disease) or with mild cirrhosis. Source: fda.gov/newsevents/newsroom/pressannouncements/ucm570038.htm Glad to hear it works!
