ROUND MAROON PILL WITH A 1 ON IT, I FOUND IT IN MY DRAWER THE ONE LOOKS LIKE A BUBBLE LETTER 1 ## Hi Amber, I have found a couple pills with the imprint A1, but neither of them are maroon and the 1 is normal size, not like a bubble letter as you mentioned... Do you know if anyone close to you is on medication? Since I'm having such a difficult time locating this pill, there is a chance that it could be an illicit drug of some sort or manufactured outside of the U.S. If you aren't able to have it analyzed, I would recommend that you safely dispose of it.. Sorry I couldn't be of more help! Has anyone else seen a pill like the one Amber is describing?

It has an M on one side and blank on the other, its round. ## Hello, Darian! How are you? Such an obscure imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

can someone tell me what this round dark pink or maroon with rugby on one side and 3875 on other. ## From what I've heard, the "rugby" imprint has been discontinued for quite some time. Rumors suggest that it used to be an imprint that Watson Pharmaceuticals used on their over the counter meds... However, Watson has since been taken over by Actavis; and Actavis (as of August 2016) has since been taken over by Teva... Having said this, I would still encourage you to try contacting the manufacturer directly for more specific details... Another option is to have the tablet analyzed by a lab. Does anyone else here recognize this pill? ## Hydroxyzine from the 1990s

I found 2 maroon pills in my sons backpack. There is no identifying imprints they are soft gels about an inch long. Can you please try to identify them? ## U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. However, the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so there are many, many pills on the market, both over the counter and prescription that meet that description. In this case it just comes down to who your son got the pills from and whether or not it was a reliable source. Other than that there's not much you can do, since there are no markings on the pills. I would initially assume that it is probably some sort of party ...

It is an oblong oval solid maroon pill, with no markings on it at all. it is flat along the sides of it. About this---> ( ) long when I put it up to the monitor. I am just curious... Kinda mysterious without a label. ## Well, it can be ruled out as being a prescription tablet, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. So yes, it is most likely some type of over the counter product. Unfortunately, that really doesn't tell me the size, since my monitor may be different than yours, so things like text and symbols may appear smaller or larger to me. As to the pill, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any ideas?
