Trying to see what kind of medication this pill is. It has a capital M with a line in the middle and a capital Z beneath it. Nothing on the other side. ## Hi mariana, Any chance that the "Z" is actually a "2"? I located a white round pill with a capital "M" above a score line and the number "2" underneath it, to be a 50mg Metoprolol tablet; used for treating hypertension. For verification, this pill is reportedly 9mm in size and carries a National Drug Code of 00904-6323. I hope this helps!
