The pill is white round with the imprint NB on one side ## Hi Pam, Upon looking up this description, I did find information on a small white round homeopathic "outdoor allergy" tablet with an engraving of "NB" on one side. It's reported to be manufactured by a company called bioAllers and may be available at local health food stores. In light of this I would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly just to confirm that it is in fact the right pill. I just picked up my monthly prescription of Xanax from my Pharmacy but I have never seen these before and they do not taste like every other kind of Xanax I have had. Is it possible for a pharmacy to have counterfeit Xanax? They are white with four marks on the back and on only one side is the number two. The other side has absolutely no imprint except for the four scoring. ## No Pharmacy would sell a controlled medication or any prescription medication without a # labeled on the pill. Don't relieve pain. Avoid them, they may have 3 or 4 mg of oxycodone in them, but only the manufacturer in India would know.sarc. ## I am very sorry that this medication didn't work for you, with some slight fluctuations in generics, not all of them work for everyone. However, the manufactured is Caraco, which is under Sun Pharma and they are actually currently based in Detroit, Michigan…not India. Would you happen to know if these pills are of US origin or a foreign tablet (depending on whether it turns out to be Anavar or Cialis)? And any idea who the manufacturer(s) could be? I'm finding it difficult to locate any information on this particular pill with google. ANXIETY ## This is not used for anxiety. It is Avapro 300mg. It is a medication used for high blood pressure and to help expel any extra water in the body. Side effects include inability to pass urine, heart palpitations, dizziness. ## Yep, nenene is correct, the generic/drug name for this is Irbesartan, and it is most definitely an Angiotensin II Receptor Agonist, which really has no other uses other than to lower blood pressure. The CVS pharmacy I have been filling my prescription at told me that Teva will no longer manufacture Lamotrigine (pill imprint: 93 463). Is this correct? I've tried other mfgs and I still had seizures and I immediately knew I should buy Teva. I have less than 10 pills left now. ## CVS lies a lot. My mum takes both Calcort and Euthyrox and was recently diagnosed with Celiac's disease. She was told to avoid all things, including prescription medications, with gluten. I'm having a hard time finding out if Calcort (a steroid, like prednisone) and Euthyrox (for her thyroids) have gluten fillers in them. Please advise. PLS HELP! I used to use fioricet yrs ago when it was made by Watson, blue tablet and head imprint. Change 2012 . I had no idea. Now my neuro will prescribe. I got capsules from Sunrise pharma, oblong N26 not great at all. So asked Dr for pills at my visit this week. Not knowing brand name fioricet was gone. I got the pills by Alvogen ,blue and 247 imprint- they do not work. Can you tell me tab/cap that works the best as there are 29 manufacturers? Calling Dr on monday. What does a Xanax 2 XR look like? Round, blue with just a 2 imprint? ## The look of the pill and the imprint will actually vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, since the drug is available not in a generic form. This, it is impossible to say which pill you have unless you provide the imprint, then I can look it up for you. It is also available in lquid, capsules, and chewables, so nobody can you tell exactly what they all would look like. There is no proprietary guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry that says all pills or products with that ingredient must all look the same. How they look is up to the whim of the manufacturer. There are many generic manufacturers and each one of them will make a pill that looks different. There are no rules saying that pills with the same ingredient have to look the same! The size, color, shape and imprint will all vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The only relevant regulations from the FDA state that they must have unique imprints for identification purposes, but these will even differ by manufacturer and strength of the med. In order to identify your pill for you and tell you what it is, you need to provide the complete imprint from the pill, all letters, numbers and/or symbols that may be on it, as well as the color and shape.
