What is the main differences between ( M 924 ) and (54 411) BUPRENORPHIN will some Buddy please tell me I would ask the pharmacy but they are closed and I just realized that my script has changed the pill type ## Since this medication is available as a generic, it is manufactured by several different companies to help create market competition to try to keep prices as low as possible. Whichever one your pharmacy has in stock may vary, depending on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. And that is the only difference here, you've just received pills from a different manufacturer. The one with the M 924 marking is listed by the FDA as being manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and the one with the 54 411 marking is listed as b...

Just got done at my doctor's appt. Went to fill my script and got these new pills with "m 924" printed on one side. I looked up the pills and they're subutex. Im just wondering if anyone has an opinion about them (like or dislike more or less than the 54/411 ones)? ## Hi Adam, In response to your question about liking/disliking one particular version of subutex vs another, I think the answer is subjective to each individual based on a wide variety of differentiating and underlying factors such as body chemistry, age, weight, other medications being taken at the same time, metabolism (how well one absorbs different binders/fillers), etc... Given this information, my feelings are that the only way to truly know which one your body prefers is to give them each a trial run, ...

I was needing to know if the m924 are subutext or suboxone I seen that they don't have the naloxone I'm them ## Hello, Amanda! How are you? Yes, they contain 8mgs of Buprenorphine, so they are a generic for Subutex. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

So I have been on bup for 3 years and I have been gettin the 5411s, today I went and got them and they are imprinted with M924, has anyone ever taken these new ones and do they feel the same and have same ingredients?? Any information will be helpful! I know I read it's just another generic brand but just curious to know more about it, thanks. ## Hi, I have not really noticed a difference between the two except my friend takes them and he said they are not exactly the same for sure. Tell me if you find input on anything else please. ## 25 Years in pharmaceuticals. I can tell you that Actavis (Orange half moons) are NOT stingy on the bupe they put in their pills, unlike the 5411s and Mys (White Pills). The white ones are not putting enough bupe in theirs due to production costs. The ...

I have made the switch from the 8mg films to 8mg buprenorphine tablets only. With all the research I've done and experience I do my best to stay away from actavis mylan and nowadays sandoz. I noticed everyone has enjoyed the Roxanne now westward generics amongst hi-tech coming in second/mylan. I have no experience with mylan bup and don't want to take the risk even as mylan has always been a waste imo. I'm not a fan of allergan (actavis) taking over watson so depending on the drug dispenses I most stay away. There are as of now 7 manufacturers of generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg (generic subutex). They are in order of my preferred with not much experience except with brand name: *roxanne (now westward pharma)- 54 411 *hi tech- 8 ^(arrow) *mylan- M924 *teva (allergen/activas own...

Man I loved the 54/411 ones. I've been on m924 for a few months, and I can tell a huge difference, they litterly take me at least an hour to dissolve. And when I feel like its "dissolved" I just have a bunch of white residue which I have to dissolve as well, because that's the pill. Has anyone else had these kind of experiences? ## I have been given a choice at my treatment center of using the m924 pills or the m4 pills. Which brand is more effective in helping with arthritic pain? Can someone please give advice?
