I found a small round white pill with the imprint M7. All of my searches showed M77, M77, M724, M71, and so on. Does anybody know what this pill is? As of now, the closest match that comes up in the U.S. drug databases is marked "M 7113" rather than "M711" This pill is white, round with the letter "M" inside a box one one side of the pill. The other side has the numbers "7113" sitting above a score line. The pill I described above is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride (50 mg); which is used in the treatment of pain.
