My KEPPRA has always been Yellow with H88 on it now my KEPPRA is White Oblong with M615 on it I have had 3 Seizures since taking the White Oblong. These medications are listed as containing 500mgs of Levetiracetam, so both are generics for Keppra. Sometimes, seizures can still occur, while taking a medication to prevent them, but it is very unusual that you would suddenly have 3, when given the new tablets. on one side is number M 615 and on the other pill has nothing on it. It is a white oblong pill ## WHITE OVAL PILL M615 ## This tablet contains 500mgs of Levitiracetam, a generic for Keppra, this is an anticonvulsant medication.
