If so, then it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. And yes, it can react with certain medications, but I cannot give you any information on if it will react with what you are taking, without knowing what those specific medications are..
