The closest match I've identified in regards to pill imprint M368 is a white pill with the imprint M363; it contains (500 mg) of Acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Hydrocodone. I was given a script for pain when I had hip surgery. I got the pills (long white M368) but I have never used them. I was wondering if they were good for any type of pain? I took them in the hospital and I know that they worked. ## This is a generic perscription for vicodin. I have had these becasue my insurance won't pay for the real ones. Be careful with taking this medication. the 7.5 is the amount of real meadication, the 500mg is the amount of asprin or regualar pain reliever. white oblong pill m368 ## Sorry, nothing listed with that marking, could you please double check the imprint again? This is made by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they have an M 365, M 358, M 363 and etc, but not one with 368.
