Which of the above has less asprain/acedmedian. I can't take meds with inclucd lots of those ingreatants in them due to a liver problem ## Watson 385 is Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone (7.5 mg). imprint M360 and M357 ## M360 is a 750mg dosage of vicodin and M357 is a 500mg dosage of vicodin. lortab will be labeled watson and look similiar to a vicodin. it is supposed to be generic vicodin but works better than vicodin. same family though but helps with pain and mellows you out more than vicodin. everybody i know including me with rods and cages in my spine prefers the lortab. ## To be exact, the dosages that Party has posted above, are only for the Acetaminophen in these medications. I took 2 of them, just now and I want that drowsy feeling. ## The tablet with the M 360 marking contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic analgesic. If this oblong white pill you have embossed M360, on the other side has a score mark in the center of the pill, that matches the generic version of Vicodin ES brand. The mfg is Mallinckrodt Inc., 675 McDonnell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63134. I have been prescribed Vicodin 7.5 es for herniated disk in my neck and back. I got my prescription filled at Walmart and I got M360 pills. I find those ineffective. I took a Watson 387 before and found it works alot better. My question is, which other pharmacy fills the prescription with Watson 387. I would like to know so I can transfer my prescription. Hello, I have taken Vicodin, Tramadol, OR Lortabs OFF AND ON for the past 6 years. By off and on I mean, maybe two months on and four months off, throughout that time period. Over the last year and a half it has been strictly Vicodin, maybe one to one and a half of the m360's a day. Usually one in the morning and one in the evening. And this too has been off and on..stopping for a couple months, starting for a couple months. I haven't taken anything in a little over 2 weeks now and I still seem to have withdrawal effects that I normally never had. Every morning I wake up feeling "hungover", I get headaches almost everyday, my GI tract is always jumpy, I'm shaky and sweaty. I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
