I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. WHITE OBLONG TABLET WITH A V ON ONE SIDE AND 35/96 ON OTHER SIDE ## Hello Whomever, I believe the pill you are speaking of is Vicodin 5/500. My friend is taking the same pill. I also am taking Vicodin 5/500 but we get them from different clinics. Mine just have M357 on one side and nothing on the other side. Both of our prescription bottles has Hydrocodone 5/500 a generic for Vicodin.
