white oblong with imprint m357 and a line on other side ## Hydrocodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg. ## Hello, Just wanted to add a minor correction to the dosage strength listed in post #1. A white oblong pill marked M357 actually contains 5mg of Hydrocodone + "500mg" of Acetaminophen, made by Mallinckrodt. For verification, this particular tablet also carries a National Drug Code of 00406-0357. Having said that, I'm a little doubtful about whether this pill is still being made, considering that 325mgs of Acetaminophen is the new maximum dose that's allowed in prescriptions. Hope this helps! ## David, Thanks. I apologize for my error ## No worries BL! I appreciate the helpful content you post throughout the site!

I found half of a broken caplet ending in what looks like a 5 and a 7. But the 7 seems to be immediately followed by an imprint that resembles leaf imprints. Don't know if these imprints are just scratches or actual markings. I was tearing up the carpet in a bedroom when I found it. ## If the white pill you're describing does in fact say "M357", then it's clearly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg); a combination of two types of pain medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain. Are these the real narcos 10 Mg because it has Watson on one side and 357 on the other ## Hi, Nonnie! How are you? No, there are no tablets listed with WATSON 357 on them, at all, neither among the Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen tablets, or any others. Where was it found? Can you please double check the imprint? ## There is a Watson with M 357 on one side and the other side is scored, it's a white oblong tablet. It is Hydrocodone 5mg/Acetaminophen 500mg. ## For being a moderator Verwon, you should know that M357 DOES exist. It is in fact NORCO 5 ml. ## The old pills say Watson on one side & M357 on the other. ## hedda1227, Verwon was going by exactly what was described. None of us is perfect.
