white oblong pill with imprint M353 ## Since this imprint was posted several times and I've been repeatedly searching for it, I have finally found my best guess based on the fact that they said it was white… I think this may have been the tablet with the M 358 marking and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Vicodin, Norco or Lortab, which is a narcotic analgesic. This way I can better help you locate a description. ## I believe that instead of M35B, the corrected imprint is actually M358 (an 8 instead of a B). There is a white oblong tablet with a score mark on one side and M358 on the other side. This is a narcotic painkiller (generic for Lortab), which contains Hydrocodone 7.5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg.
