If so, the tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Would 3 tablets of m325 be the same as taking one and a half Vicodin 10? ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? Do you mean the white tablet with the marking M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other? If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. My health care provided changed drug companies. Are these two meds the same? ## Based on those 2 descriptions, they should be the same. How to tell if the Percocet 10/325 with m523 on one side are bad, is there any way to tell? ## Idk, but M522 are good oxycodone 7.5mg; white, oblong; get at Walmart. If you get withdrawal symptoms when stopping them, they're a genuine brand. ## Yea they're a good brand. They do have bad / fake ones going around but you can tell by the 1 on the 10. The counterfeits print is I0 instead of 10, check your 1. ## The fake m325 have just made it to rural area in Washington parish,la and sw ms. They are rough sloppy edges and the one is straight not 1 for authentic from Walmart. The M, 2 and 5 is wrong as well. My neighbor asked me to look them up and so happy he didn't take them.
