Hi... i have always used xaltide inhaler... the normal xaltide inhaler. This time the pharmacy gave me xaltide HFA inhaler and it tastes really bad. I dont know if i should be using this one or just buying another one... plz tell me the difference between them both... thank you... ## I bought it also has very bad smell.

Small Round Greenish blue/teal Marked R 32. The R is over the 32 and the line in the R comes out through the R to the left. ## I am sorry, but I can't find any listings for this, in any of our prescription drug resources. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? It seems vaguely familiar, but a search didn't turn it up and the only thing I can find with a similar imprint is an oval, yellow tablet. Does anyone else recognize this?

P over 542 on one side only. Light blue, round tablet. Non scored, it's just over 1/4 inch (just under 1 cm). The P looks like it may be a logo. Please help & Thanks for your time! I got my thyroid out 17 years ago and was put on Levothyroxine and was increased slowly until i was on 200mg per day and have been for a good few years. Some how what was left of my thyroid gland has started to produce thyroxine, so I became over medicated and the doctor has cut me down to 175mg per day. I feel really down and feel sick and bloated feeling, everytime I eat. My breasts have also became very lumpy. I also have all the signs of anxiety, sweat, palpatations, shortness of breath etc. I feel my doctor could do more, but she said she will take my bloods again in 3 months to see if I am on the right dose of thyroxine. I have taken 8 valuims at once what could happen ## The most likely outcome is you would sleep for hours and hours then wake up groggy. I'm not a doctor but when I used to get migraines I'd take 5-6 sometimes (because it eliminated the migraine) and wake up groggy. Who know though? You could also suffer organ damage. Why do you take so many if you don't mind me asking? Tom.

I found a pink round tablet with the numbers 44 imprinted over 540 on one side. There is no score line. ## Did you perhaps mean 44 450? Did you experience any adverse effects? In most cases, doubling up just once will not cause any serious issues, according to NIH reports, but you may experience more severe side effects than usual, which may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Are you on any other medications? ## i did not have any effects at all the dose was taken 10 hours after ist dose so i guess the time lapse made it ok. i did not feel any different i waited 24 hrs before my next dose thankyou robyn

Would you consider a 20mg dose of Oramorph (a first dose) to be excessive, in a 93 year old person with a history of many medical problems, including COPD? The person had never been given it before, and was given 90mg in 9 hours, when it was then necessary to administer Naxolone. It was given for stomach pain. What could be the possible outcome of this dose? ## Yes its excessive 2.5mg more usual and even then used in caution with elderly esp with copd. Naloxene given to remove morphine from system almost instantly so its simple conclusion. I'm a ex nurse currently on large doses of morphine and have been given naloxene following of so consider myself fairly informed
