Closest I can find is a Promethazine Hydrochloride. Looks exactly the same, but white. ## Hi Tina, Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL. However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other. Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma. Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?

Little white tablet blank on one side with D above 5 with underscore under D. I use fixcom 4 which my doctor prescribe for my ptb. 4 tab before bfast. On the first day i notice mu urine change in color to orange which i have read is normal. Then contanious on the third day i was worried when my stool tuns bloody. Can some one tell me what to do? I'm 17 and I take Adderall XR, Zoloft, Klonoin, and Topamax. I have diagnosed with OCD, ADD, ADHD, and PTSD. I was reading that Topamax is mainly used for seizures and epilepsy. I have neither of those. I've contacted sam's club & various pharmacies before, concerning anxiety meds and fentanyl patches that don't even match the description and a new mystery percocet every month. I suffer ptsd / anxiety / panic. And I can dam sure tell in 10 minutes if it's junk or a rip off. Hospitals don't use generics. Wow!! Meds that work. I am on a very low dose of methadone now. My doctor is terrified to increase it. It's obvious I need more but I'm a bit skeptical to of this leading to a never ending rise. But I'm topping up and I'm sick and in pain. He seems terrified to prescribe anything though. Are all docs like this or just some? I also have very bad problems with anxiety ruining my life. I've been on methadone now for about 5 months. It's a pretty low dose. I also unfortunately top it up with alot of codeine. I have a really great doctor and team who are doing their best to help me and I am a difficult client! Anyway, long story short, the last 6 weeks or so I am in alot of pain at night time. I mean alot. It's extreme cramping and muscle pain. It lasts into the morning and I walk badly for the first hour or so after getting up. I'm plagued with nightmares too. I think I suffer from ptsd. Hello. I just moved here from NYC and I have serious lower back issues. I was in a car accident in 2000 and have 2 herniated disks in my back and have been on hydromorphone for years. I saw a Doctor here in my new town and he gave me the rx, then came the nightmare. I drove to over 50 pharmacies to only be told "we're out of that rx and even had someone from walgreens pick up a piece of paper and start reading me a script as to why he cant fill it. So yesterday was day 3 of taking 3 quarters from 8 mg. the doctor is weaning me and my fiancé from 8 mg to 3 quarters. The first couple days I didn't notice much of a difference. Yesterday I woke up after tossing and turning all night, I felt extremely depressed and to top it off I started my menstrual cycle and had very painful cramps. I usually am very busy and on the go. I had a spinal fusion on Nov 8, 2016... 6 week checkup w/ PA on Dec 20th... Trochanteric Bursitis... Shots given in each hip... She had renewed my prescription of Hydrocodone 7.5/325 before seeing me... I was in horrible pain, told her I couldn't believe she'd switched medication strength prior to seeing me, so she prescribed original Hydrocodone 10/325 and Naproxen 500mg 2x daily... Approx. day 4, "Ah! Relief everywhere I swear! So... I put away the Hydro 10's (40 remained) and stepped down to the 7.5's."
