Show me a picture of the yellow Oxycodone 15 mg with NP13 imprinted on it. Thank you. ## Hello, Beth! The Oxycodone HCL 15mg pill you're describing is a round, yellow tablet with "NP" on one side; these letters are separated by partial score marks at the top and bottom of the pill and the "13" should be on the opposite side. It is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals. (NDC 68382-0795) Does this match the tablets you're questioning? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Small round yellow pill marked ep 131 ## Based on the description provided I located this pill to be Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). Hydrochlorothiazide is primarily used for treatment of high blood pressure. You can learn more about it here: Hydrochlorothiazide Details Hope this helps!

Additionally, generics are not required to measure against each other, only against the name brand, so that can sometimes create problems, if someone is sensitive to medications, any slight fluctuation could cause them problems. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window, and most people never experience a difference, but sometimes, it can cause a problem. The g...

It is a yellow tablet, 9mm in diameter. One side is blank, the other has 0665 on top of the score and 1393 below it. Have found nothing concerning it on the web. ## Hello, Billy! How are you? The 0665 is used by Rugby on some of their products, but I can't find anything with 1393 on it. It makes me wonder if it's possibly an older medication that is no longer being manufactured. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
