it has a line so you can split it in half on one side and the other side says pms it is a circle pill that is white. what is it? ## I'm sorry, do you mean that PMS is the ONLY imprint on the tablet? If so, how do you know it is a 5mg tablet? If PMS is the only imprint, it could be hard to positively tell what this is, because these are tablets from Canada and there are several that are round and white, with just the PMS imprint. So, any other details you have on it would be very helpful. ## I took one and it made me really mellow it's about 2cm in circumfrence someone told me it was morphine but it doesnt look like any i could find online.

white oblong with mb57 on it. ## I cannot find a listing for this in the U.S. prescription drug databases, I even tried altering it and looking under both mb and mp, since there are pills with both on the market. They are all prescription medications, that makes me wonder if, perhaps, this came from a foreign country? Do have any other information to add? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Small, circular, white pill with MP 57 imprint on 1 side and no markings or score line on the other. MP suggests Mutual Pharmaceutical, but I can't find an exact match. (Please do not suggest any alternative or similar interpretations of the imprint, as this will not be helpful.)

small, round one side DM other side 10 ## Im not too sure on this, but I have a freind and she has many problems, she is slowly dying. :'( She takes these pills that Have "DM" and then "10" they are about the same diameter as a normal capsule pill. She mentioned something about these being for when you keep throwing up. They also have side effects that tend to make you "high".

i take methadone 10 mg ,for pain but have noticed a difference between the round and oblong ones the round ones make me very tired ,ne1 no wat pharmacies carry the oblong ones? ## There can be difference in generic drugs, they are allowed to differ in the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%, because the FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window.
