There is a football-shaped white pill that is getting everybody confused. I would like the pictures of both and an explanation with them please. It has "M2A4-57344" on the pills. Some say it's Tylenol, some say Oxycodone or Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen. small round white ## What’s a small round pill marked 485 on one side blank on other ## Hello, I wasn't able to find anything that exactly matches your description but I was able to find a Claritin 10mg pill that has a 458 imprint but from the description the NIH gives it should also have the word Claritin on it somewhere. Is it possible that the pill is worn and that the word Claritin is somewhere on the opposite side? Here is a picture of what the Claritin pill looks like, it's so light and the imprint is already hard to read as is that's why I'm asking. Is this the pill that you are referring to?

While I'm having trouble finding any identification for this particular tablet, I can tell you that it is an over the counter product. All tablets that use a 44 on them, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications.
