Can be bought over the counter. ## @rick thorton, I also found your pill to be Meclizine HCl (12.5 mg). The imprint is technically AP 117. In addition to what Kelleigh mentioned, Meclizine is a first-generation antihistamine of the piperazine class that has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat symptoms of motion sickness and for management of vertigo that stems from diseases affecting the vestibular system.
