What is a round white pill with a capital M on one side and 34 on the other?? My pharmacy accidentally put one of these in with my Ambien pills. Please ID. ## what is it? ## It's a generic pill for vicodin. ## @zak, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oval pill with the imprint M367 on the front and a score on the back. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located. Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. It can increase the potential toxicity of both the Citalopram and the Lisinopril and they will also increase the toxicity of it, so they all potentiate each other, which could be dangerous. This is an over the counter med. ## its a tylenol sized pill capsule shaped with imprint of m2a4 57344 it has no scoring in it and it has a coating what could it be it was perscribed for my son as hydrocodone but isn't shown in the listings of that ## This is definitely not Hydrocodone, nor any type or narcotic pain medication. This tablet contains exactly what was stated in one of the previous posts, 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. If the pharmacy gave him this, rather than Hydrocodone for his prescription, then an error has been made and you need to speak to them.
