The original Tylenol was 325mgs, the Extra Strength is 500mgs and there is a time released arthritis formulation that contains 650mgs. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. Cant find info anywhere round white pill with PRO 325 imprinted on one side, and blank on the other ## From what I have found, this is said to contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of regular strength Tylenol.
