While we are based in the U.S., our site is open to users anywhere, with internet access. Thus, if you are located in Rhode Island and I suggest doctors in my area, which is Seattle, it really isn't going to help you. I have oxy blue M 30 pills and I no longer need them. What is the best way to properly dispose of them? I am in los angeles. {edited for privacy} ## Hello, Hef! How are you? FDA instructions say that they should be mixed with some undesirable substances, such as wet, used coffee grounds, or damp, dirty kitty litter, placed in a sealed container, then disposed of with your normal garbage. Alternatively, you can also take them to your pharmacy and they will dispose of them for you. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. There is a pill floating around with the same markings are the light blue M 30 pills. it is darker in color though. a dark blue, like the ones with the V on them, but it has some specs in it. i'm not sure what is in them. a friend of mine was about to break one up and insufflate it and when she busted it, it had white in the middle. she said it burned her nose really bad and made her throat numb like when you do coke or something. anybody have ANY idea wtf these things are? are they pharmaceutical? or off the streets? ## The blue pill with the M -30 other side I think its a 30mg morphine pill. ## Their legitimacy probably depends on whether your friend is getting them from a licensed pharmacy or off the street. Was just wanting to know if anyone knew what pharmacy still carried this type of pill. I don't like the white ones with blue specks. I like the ones that r light blue with a lot of specks or even if they are white let them have a lot of dark specks. The light ones don't do me any goo. So if someone could please let me know. Is Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals making a new blue M 30? Earlier today my friend told me that they were making new blue M 30s and he gave me a half to try. From what I can tell it is the real thing but it looks different. Darker Blue, Box M on one side, 30 on the other. It is also smaller about the size of an A. ## Actually, from the reports I'm finding these are listed as being fake and there is no definitive answer on what they contain, so I'd advise you not to take them and to proceed with caution. The counterfeit a215s are a darker blue and look just a little larger...I have seen real 20mg percs and they were a grey color and I filled a prescription for some 15s from giant pharmacy and they were peach colored. ## User reports suggest that there is a bad ex or speed-like chemical in these pills.
