This is Naproxen Sodium 250mgs, a prescription strength of the same stuff you will find in Aleve or its generic equivelents, but a little stronger of a dosage. It is a generic for Naprosyn, so it is neither a muscle relaxer nor a Valium, nothing related to either of the two. I used to buy it at Costco and have not seen it there lately. thank you ## Hi Maggie, Based on my research, the round yellow tablet marked 255 is identified as OTC Chlorpheniramine Maleate (4mg); which is used to treat allergy and cold symptoms. If you believe Costco may have stopped carrying it for one reason or another, I would suggest contacting their pharmacy department to see if that's really the case, or if they simply forgot to restock it. please help me. My daughter had a brisk ice-tea and at the bottom of it she found a yelloe on one side darker yellow on the other side capsual pill with letters SL 25 with a chevy symbol on the other side. Prescribed by a doctor for stress/anxiety related disorder in Thailand. Anyone know what it is? The N & L are joined together and the 25 is printed underneath. A second pill for the same patient, also yellow and round has a larger capital D printed on one side and an S or 5 on the other. ## We have the same problem, same tablet in Cambodia.
