This is an over the counter med. ## its a tylenol sized pill capsule shaped with imprint of m2a4 57344 it has no scoring in it and it has a coating what could it be it was perscribed for my son as hydrocodone but isn't shown in the listings of that ## This is definitely not Hydrocodone, nor any type or narcotic pain medication. This tablet contains exactly what was stated in one of the previous posts, 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. If the pharmacy gave him this, rather than Hydrocodone for his prescription, then an error has been made and you need to speak to them.

Are there any markings on the pill in question? That is what would enable me to check what it contains for you. Can you please post back and clarify? cramps all over my body, often without any muscle activity, in other words, totally at rest and I still get very bad cramps. I am drinking water enough to be peeing about every 2 hours. This medication is used for treating high blood pressure. From what you are reporting it sounds like your BP might be dropping low, causing "hyperactive deep tendon reflexes". My blood pressure is 110/70, Why did my MD order Metropolol Tartrate 25mg.? ## 110/70 sounds like a reading within the normal blood pressure range. I'm not sure why you would have been prescribed Metoprolol (since it is typically used to treat high blood pressure). What did your doctor say with regards to why it has been prescribed to you?
