Red and light blue capsule with gray band. Letter L on top, number 5 on bottom ## This is a rapid release Acetaminophen 500mg. IT is the wal-mart generic Equate brand to be exact ## It can be nearly any store-brand. Also sold with a CVS label, for example. ## white oval pill # E145 on one side ## The ID for the L5 tablet is correct, it is a store brand or generic of Extra Strength Tylenol, containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. ## E 145 contains 500mgs of Nabumetone, a generic for Relafen, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to treat pain and swelling. I can, however, confirm that M 1772 does contain 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene and is a generic for Darvocet, a mild narcotic pain reliever.
