white oblong ## I found pills in my son's room. They are white oblong with 1721 om 1 side and M on other side ## it is Propoxyphene (generic for Darvocet) ## That is correct. And to add some updated details, as can be read in the monograph at the link that I posted, Propoxyphene and it's relatives have been removed from the market in most countries due to the risk it caused of cardiac dangers and an inordinate number of overdose deaths.
