From what I was able to gather, it contains the following active ingredients: Haemophilus Influenzae Klebsiella Pneumoniae Moraxella Catarrhalis Staphylococcus Aureus Lysate Streptococcus Mitis Streptococcus Pneumoniae Streptococcus Pyogenes (3 mg) If this is so, then it's fine if you miss a dose of probiotics and start back up again the following day.
