I take it with food and it still causes nausea and a bit of disorientation...I don't drive for a few hours after I've taken the pill. However, I do not take a Naproxen until I've come home from work. I find that a combination of Naproxen and Cyclobenzaprine (anti-inflammatory) will ease my discomfort in a matter of 2 - 3 days. ## Hello, I believe the next lowest dosage is 375mg. I just got the ip 112 tablets from my pharmacy they switched from watsons. This new kind makes me go through withdrawal symptoms like i'm taking nothing but Tylenol!
