Please look up a medication by lot number TMSA15268-A ## LOOKING FOR A MEDICATION WITH LOT # PRO3150. I THINK IT IS DOCETAXEL. ## At this time I don't think there is any way to look up medication via their lot number. For example, Lot # PRO3150 comes up as a Motorola headset/earpiece accessory which is completely unrelated. Lot # TMSA15268-A also yields nothing. Perhaps an easier approach may be to search for Docetaxel (the medication in question) and see if you recognize the specific tablet by imprint or description? Medications can even be searched by their NDC if you happen to have that information on hand. MedsChat has a National Drug Code Database that can be accessed from the home page. Does anyone else have thoughts or suggestions to add? ## Looking for lot 051670. It is half...

I don't know where the lot number is on the bottle. I am trying to find it. ## Hi Andrea, The following link by NIH has a detailed image of the product packaging (from 2013) for Turbersol that may offer some clues as to what the lot number is and where you might find it: dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=a4a732e9-b8ee-4e6d-8b9a-6a9d2c36bfcd Looking at the example packaging on that page, there are several sets of numbers / letters on the "box" (not bottle) depicting a reference to something… the one's I noticed immediately were written out as follows (but each in a different place on the box): 2028821 299 (L) C00L0T Barcode: 349281752216 0000000-299 I question whether the '(L)' may be referring to a lot number, seeing as it also says "L0T...

I'm trying to identify purple and yellow capsules with a lot # 2743ftn101 on the package. Is it for dogs? Dog wormer? ## Hello Letisha, I wasn't able to find any information with the lot#. Are there any imprints or markings on the pills? I might have better success looking it up with that. Just let me know and I'll try to help out.

The pills are kinda faded like they got wet or rubbed up against something but I'm trying to figure out what it is bc someone took it by mistake bc it looks a lot alike their other medication. The pill is round and yellow. One one side of the pill I can't tell if it has any marking but it doesn't look like it and on the other side there's a score down the middle and center so it creates a cross with four pizza type shapes with the numbers (if they're the right ones bc he pills r worn) 0 in the first top left spot (or o), 2 in the top right space, another 2 in the bottom left space under the 0 and a 1 (or possibly 7) in the bottom righ spot u see the 2????? If u can pls lmk what kind of pill this is its be greatly appreciated bc as I said someone took it by mistake!!!...

I have found a orange round pill with a funny looking C on one side and the #223 on the other. What is it? ## Generic percocet comes in a lot of shapes, forms and colors. There is a 5mg oxycodone (no tylenol) that is marked with 223. Round, white pill with a single score on the opposite site from the "223" marking - manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories. ## Hello, Chris! How are you? I believe that the tablet you're looking at may have that logo with the numbers 229 on it. If so, then yes, it is a generic for Percocet that contains 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. As Darwinski has...

Wanting to know what this pill is I've been given aparently it's meant to help with pain I was told it was panadeine forte I know what that looks like plus its a lot bigger, so I really need to know what this pill is its a white round little pill with the letters PL then a line through middle with numbers under that saying 25 ## Hi Shezza, Based on the description provided, I have identified your pill as Panafcortelone (25 mg). Panafcortelone's active ingredient is Prednisolone and It belongs to a group of medicines called corticosteroids; which are a synthetic version of a naturally occurring body hormone called cortisol. It is used to treat severe allergies, severe or chronic asthma, skin problems, arthritis, inflammatory diseases of the bowel, cancer and "auto-immune&...

This is used to help lower blood pressure. Some of the most common side effects include: headache, dizziness, nausea and edema. ## I have another half pill to identify with your help. I am only able to discern that it is sea-foom green, edging to white. The fron side, I can read IP on top nd the the first two digits of the secnd lin are 20. It looks like there's room for one or two more digits. The back is blank but cross scored vertically. Any thoughts?

What is this medication? The lot number is 1206253b and it's an oblong red pill. ## Hi Trace, To the best of my knowledge there's no way to identify specific medications based on lot numbers alone. However, if you happen to know the pill's National Drug Code (NDC) or if you can provide any details pertaining to whatever imprint is on the pill you possess, that would be of great help. If there is no marking or imprint to be found, I'd probably encourage you to look into having this pill analyzed by a lab for 100% verification. Alternatively, depending on where you found it or who you got it from, you might even want to consider the idea of purchasing a drug panel kit from any local pharmacy to determine whether or not any illicit substances are present. Please post back i...

Whats the directions to the medicine? Weight per pill ## @Boo, There's no way (at least that I know of) to look up veterinary drugs via their lot # on the package. It would seem to me that the lot numbers are only used for organization at the manufacturer's discretion during the drug making/packaging/inventory process but probably serve no other purpose. Do you have any other specific details to share about the pill's physical description, such as its shape, color, size, imprints, etc? I just think we'll need a little more information to accurately identify what type of worm pill this is and hopefully that'll help us research proper dosing protocols from there. Another option that may also be a good idea is to take your dog in to see a local vet who can prescribe an ...

I am so confused about Teva diazepam in the US. I can get one batch of it and be OK for a while and then the next batch I am in cold turkey withdrawal symptoms. The last time this happened was in May and the pharmacy exchanged it for a different lot. The new lot still wasn't as good as the old one, but it was better. And I got used to it. And now the newest one I got is even worse where I've had daily headaches and extreme agitation. This pharmacy in particular always puts lot numbers on their bottles so I can see when it changes. But I wasn't looking for it. I only noticed the symptoms about 5 days after changing and looked at the bottle and then saw for the six months prior (I'm collecting the pharmacy bottles for an art project) I was getting the same lot. As soon as ...

bought B12 at GMC it does not have the lot number or expiration date to know if this bottle is still good or not. ## Hi Isabel, If you recently bought your B12 from 'GNC' without a lot number or expiration date, I would encourage you to go back and check their other bottles to see if they list anything as well. In the event that none of them do, perhaps it would also be a good idea to contact the manufacturer who makes this product directly, by looking up their name online and retrieving the company's contact info that way. If this turns into a dead end, maybe you can get GNC to refund your money for a product that has no expiration details that allow customers to evaluate its long term safety/efficacy. I know stores like Vitamin Shoppe allow customers to make a return/excha...

orange round pill 44 332 ## I cannot find an ID for this specific pill, however, I can tell you that those marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are over the counter products. ## I've found them in the same bottle as the 44 438 Ibuprofen 200 in white tablet form. If you look at the label, it's orange and white, yet the label stated "color free & dye free". This was from lot #P33051 3/06. I've discarded these. My first thought when I opened the bottle: Apparently someone had a sense of humor and decided to package the contents to match the label of the bottle I found in my Grandmother's OTC supply. That's cool marketing. My Second thought: Hey WAIT! Which one do I take? Is one a placebo and the other one real? If so, why do they play games with ...

Red capsule with a little tail. Package has Lot# L09033 on it. No markings on the capsule. ## The lot number doesn't really tell us anything in relation to what it is. These are internal numbers used by companies, so they can differentiate when a product was made, but they do not have to be unique to that company. Thus, something made under the Tylenol brand name and a generic product for Mucinex, could have the same lot number. That means there is no database kept to enable us to look them up. Without any markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this contains. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

I have seen a lot of white Xanax(?) bars that look exactly like the real thing. Some friends of mine ordered them online, they came in a script bottle! My M.D. prescribes mine, but they ARE marked. I'm worried about these bars. I won't take Anything that is not I.D'd w/ #'s or letters on the tablet. Has anyone ever seen these UNMARKED bars? I have told the people I know that have them to flush them! ## I have an unmarked Xanax bar that I am trying to verify as real. ## I recently received some supposed 2mg Xanax bars with no marking, they are the right shape and size, even scored into quarters on one side. I have recently got some bensedin with the new design, but obviously the same looking tablets. If you have not seen the new design Google ksalol new design, the bensedin is exactly the same but says bensedin 10mg. My lot number is 47651 exp 07 2024. I will be sending one of to wedinos as when I take one although it works and tastes right they seem to be giving me a slight headache left front side of my head. I have never experienced this b4 with bensedin...
