M 357 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesics Lortab and Vicodin. M 358 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesic Lortab. ## they are fine but sumtimes i have to take like 4 for them to do any good but it is hard to get them perscribed from a doc any higher than 5 mg's or 7.5 mg's ## Is there a pain medication without Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it? I have taken 10mg/325 for a number of years ,IP110 is inferior to M367 and certainly to vicodin or lortab.Dr.Oz brought to my attention that many generics of many drugs can have an efficacy of +or_20% value.My opinion after many years of use of this type of drug is most generics are inferior.I also feel because I am on medicare my options are limited.IP100 is the poorest generic I have been given to this date. ## Hi john bee, It is true that the FDA permits generic formulas to vary by as much as 20% from the active ingredients in brand formulas. 20% is extremely sloppy in my honest opinion! Having real bad ear infection pain, I took two 5/325 norco and ibuprofen 800 for inflammation. Should i not have taken them at the same time? ## Hello, Purdy! How are you? They can be taken together, as long as your doctor has instructed you to take them both. But, as reported by the FDA, you may experience more side effects than usual, such as more intense nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I took half of a Lortab 10; the white one with m367 on one side and a line on the other, but before that I took 4 ibuprofen 200 mg which 4 made it 800 mg. I can't sleep. I'm supposed to take my blood pressure medicine at 11/12 tonight but I haven't.
