I have some pills that I think are hydrocodone with the numbers m357, what strength are they? ## They are loratabs= Vicodin 10 mg Tyonal 500 mgs ## Acetaminophen 500mgs, Hydrocodone 5mgs, generic for Lortab, manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Pill Image ## It is a 5mg ## Maria, whever possible please look the medication up before posting. It could be very dangerous to quite the incorrect amount of milligrams, especially in this case where you are talking about a narcotic pain pill. Thanks!

M 358 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesic Lortab. ## they are fine but sumtimes i have to take like 4 for them to do any good but it is hard to get them perscribed from a doc any higher than 5 mg's or 7.5 mg's ## Is there a pain medication without Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it? I drink alcohol, and advised NOT to take Tylenol. ## Yes roxicodone which is oxycodone ( ingredient in Percocet) without acetemetaphine
