My nanny is 83 and is taking these way too often. She is only supposed to take them once a day but she takes them multiple times a day then falls and is getting hurt but she's only been taking them for a few days so it's not like she's addicted to them. She's just forgetting and taking more than she should. What is a white bar pills that have gg on top and three lines? I just got my prescription refilled with these but they do not seem to be working, so I wonder if they were mixed up at the pharmacy. ## If they have a GG on them, those are not over the counter tablets, that is the logo used on prescription medications. There are many generic manufacturers and each one of them will make a pill that looks different. There are no rules saying that pills with the same ingredient have to look the same! The size, color, shape and imprint will all vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The only relevant regulations from the FDA state that they must have unique imprints for identification purposes, but these will even differ by manufacturer and strength of the med. These are white, correct size,, oblong oval, and have a score in middle? ## It's not likely that Xanax would have no markings; but that would probably depend on where you obtained the pill from; if you got it outside of the U.S. or by any other means besides other than a valid prescription. Knowing the shape could also be helpful as well when comparing possible matches. Is this rectangle shaped? Another question I have if you don't mind my asking is, where did you get the pill from? An origin alone may speak volumes about its potential legitimacy.
