Please look up a medication by lot number TMSA15268-A ## LOOKING FOR A MEDICATION WITH LOT # PRO3150. I THINK IT IS DOCETAXEL. ## At this time I don't think there is any way to look up medication via their lot number. For example, Lot # PRO3150 comes up as a Motorola headset/earpiece accessory which is completely unrelated. Lot # TMSA15268-A also yields nothing. Perhaps an easier approach may be to search for Docetaxel (the medication in question) and see if you recognize the specific tablet by imprint or description? Medications can even be searched by their NDC if you happen to have that information on hand. MedsChat has a National Drug Code Database that can be accessed from the home page. Does anyone else have thoughts or suggestions to add? ## Looking for lot 051670. It is half...

Red color with a black 5 on it. I only have half of it. And it looks like the other half might grey ## Without having the entire pill, I can't possibly guess what it might be, we would need the entire imprint to identify it, otherwise its just guesswork. Very sorry! ## half Red color with a black 5 on it. other half bluish grey with a black L on it with a lighter stripe between ## Strongbecause, that is a generic or store brand of Tylenol, containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the middle stripe is to enable it to release more rapidly, once you swallow it.

When transcribing how many pills a doctor prescribed (eg. 20 pills of aspirin), he says "number 20". Do I write out "number" or do I use the # symbol. ## Well seeing as how this is a federal felony, under DEA supervision, you'd probably want to reconsider writing yourself a prescription...duh. ## @Suzanne, I hope you end up making the right decision. Ash is right about there being many downfalls to forging a prescription. From what I've read, most states do considered it a felony if you write a fake prescription or if you try to modify one in any kind of way. Not only are you subject to being fined tens of thousands of dollars, but you'd also have to look forward to "at least" a year of jail time. I'd also keep in mind that most pharmacists are hi...

none ## Can you please post more details such as the dosage, any letters or numbers appearing on the pill, shape, color, size, etc ? If we have more specific details then we'll be able to give a definite answer. Many times the same drug can have a variety of appearances, especially in the case of generic drugs. Every individual manufacturer, as well as every different dose can vary in appearance. ## In addition to the variance in appearance, they are required by law to have different imprints, this enables them to be identified by manufacturer, dosage and active ingredient.

Anyone tell me what this pill is. Green liquid gel with the number 215 on it. A&Z pharmaceutical inc. Thx ## I found it. Equate night time cold & flu. Thx tho. ## Hey Lex, Just out of curiosity where did you end up locating the information on this being Equate night time cold and flu? When I went to look up the medication online I noticed that Walmart has a photo of a green liquid gel cap on the packaging, but there are no imprints being depicted on that specific label. And this has me wondering whether or not you have the same formula or perhaps something different (as over-the-counter meds are also NOT required by law to have an imprint like prescriptions do). Any additional info will help! Thanks! ## I had used "green gel capsule 215" when I searched. Adding "caps...

My pet monkey obtained these, small round blue pills with no numbers, just a unknown logo indented that looks like 2 boxes kind of like this [[ ]]. They were obtained in mexico as oxy 30 but they don't have that bitter taste opiates have...more of a stinging taste. ## Hello, Wudiwoo! How are you? The operative word here is Mexico!!! That means that regardless of what that simian was told they were, or what they were represented as, there is really no way to be certain of what they contain. There's really not much regulation on drugs there, at all. They may be Oxycodone, or they may be placebo tablets, the only way to find out for sure would be to pay to have them analyzed somewhere. Is anyone familiar with this logo? Learn more Oxycodone details here. This is a narcotic analgesi...

Vicodin m325 & vicodine m367 mean ? ## Hello, Jc! How are you? Under current U.S. prescription drug laws, all manufactured tablets and capsules must have markings on them that enable them to be identified in case of emergency. For example, say someone is found unconscious with pills strewn around them, the paramedics would need to know what they had taken in order to provide proper treatment and they can find out, by looking at the markings on the pills and checking in the databases to see what they contained. Another example would be in case of product contamination, then the medications needs to be able to be traced back to a specific manufacturer, in order to rectify the problem and initiate a possible recall. There is no listed tablet that just has M 325 on it. However, when I l...

I found 2 small, white oval pills with a score on the back and the number 20 on the front. I believe they are supposed to be Ativan. I've looked at every pill id site and nothing. Also googled every benzodiazepene image and nothing. Generic brand of something? I live in BC, Canada ## Hi Gruven, I have located a small white oval pill with the imprint 20 on one side and a N C imprint on the other (which is divided by a crescent shaped score). This pill is identified as Generic IPG-Citalopram (Citalopram Hydrobromide tablets) 20 mg. Maybe the N C imprint got rubbed off at some point? I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? Since I've not found it, I suspect that it may be an over the counter product, of some type, which may make it more difficult to find.
