It was very interesting to read all of the complaints about the different brands of percoset and their effectiveness. Watson was the only brand that helped me. It was a sad day when Actavis took them over and stopped producing their percoset. I even called the company and complained. I have the same issue with Fentanyl patch brands. I'm so happy to see I'm not alone! ## Hello, Marie! How are you? There are two name brand Percocet tablets currently available, both listed by the FDA as being in the 5/325mg dosage. One is a round, white tablet with the word PERCOCET on one side and DuPont on the opposite. The other is a round, white tablet that has the marking PERCOCET 5 the front. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit formi...

What did I take? ## They could be fake but if you provide the NDC # on the pill perhaps someone could attempt to answer your question. It is always best to only take medicine prescribed to you? ## Hello, Kandy! How are you doing? If you are feeling so horrible and are unsure of what you took, please seek medical attention. Xanax can cause seizures in some people, though it can also be used to prevent them, but it's not very common. The FDA lists it as carrying the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Were there any markings on it?

I've been taking Watson Pharmaceuticals Lorazepam and it worked great. Apparently, Actavis just took over Watson, and Watson no longer exists. I'm looking for another bran of Lorazepam that has the same Active & Inactive ingredients as the Watson brand, however, I can't locate the info on line and my pharmacy won't help me. Does anyone know what other manufacturer carries Lorazepam that is exactly the same as the Watson brand. Actavis and Sandoz manufacturer's Lorazepam does not work. ## Well, you're pharmacy won't help, because if the active ingredient is the same, they are considered the same. The inactive ingredients are called such for a reason, they don't affect the drug. How long have you been taking your current dose? It is possible that you...

I really need a few drug names fitting this description. I am trying to find the name of a drug I took. It is a big white pill that looks like Vicodin but thicker and bigger. When I googled it originally one of the uses said it was used during physical therapy. ## what is a pill that haS THE NUMBERS2410V ## Casey, I'm sorry, but that is far too vague of a description for us to be able to definitively narrow it down, there are many products on the market, both prescription and over the counter that meet that description. Even being used during physical therapy, it could just be a vitamin supplement. John, the tablet with that marking contains 350mgs of Carisoprodol, the active ingredient in Soma, it is a muscle relaxant. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dry...

I was diagnosed with ADHD and was prescribed Adderall (I believe the bottle was 10mg of amphetamine salts but I think it had a word that started with a d like Dextroamphetamine maybe?) Anyways, I tooke it more than a few times and it was SUCH A HELP you could tell the difference. So then I got my refill and was pretty happy. However, today is my first day taking the refill, and although it is the same 10mg dosage as before, I feel no effects.... My body should be use to the adderall because I've taken it before, so why am I not experiencing any of the effects at all? It feels like I was given sugar pills haha. However the pills look exactly like before. Should I just continue to take them through out the week and hope they begin to work? If they don't what should I tell my docto...

brown and white capsule...I didn't see any markings but took one for having gas... ## Without knowing the markings, it is impossible to say for sure what it was, but yes, there are some antacids on the market that match that descriptions, as well as many other medications. It could have also been a laxative or a vitamin. Do you know if it was supposed to be a prescription or over the counter item?

Does anyone know of a pill or vitamin that closely resembles Vicodin regular strength? I did a bad thing, took my roomates last few that have been in his medicine cabinet forever, and would like to put something harmless back that won't raise any eyebrows... I know this is dishonest, but please help! Thanks. ## hyrebhyr hyhy 3 kjumju uren ## It is hard to say, since we have no idea what the pill you are speaking of looks like and they can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. That said, stealing and switching out someone's medications is NOT a good idea and quite illegal. Vicodin contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, this is a narcotic pain reliever and if you replace it with something innocuous, they will know the difference as soon as they take one. ...

I have a pretty big tolerance and took thought that I needed to take around 10 to feel anything I then looked it up and am not sure if I should get help ## Hello, Dave! How are you? Did you suffer any adverse effects? Believe it or not, the biggest concern from taking that many is due to the Acetaminophen, not the narcotic Hydrocodone. Exceeding 3,000mgs of Acetaminophen in a day may cause liver damage, liver failure and risks fatal toxicity. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I accidentally took my grandma's Plavix two nights in a row instead of my Zoloft. Is that ok? ## Hi Summer, Sorry to hear about your accidental mishap with Plavix. How have you been feeling lately since the timing of your post? With Plavix being an anticoagulant (blood thinning agent) vs Zoloft being an antidepressant, I can't imagine how the difference in effects must've felt, even before discovering that you took the wrong medication. Something else to consider is that as a result of this occurrence, your grandma will be two days short on her meds and might be at risk of withdrawal effects as well as yourself, depending on how long & how often you've taken Zoloft. I hope all is well and look forward to reading any future updates you may have.

be extremely careful when taking flomax and read the fine print. it tells you that you run the risk of dying from flomax if you do certain reasonable thing. like living. took flomax for 4 days, worked out in the yard for a couple of hours. laid down on the front porch and stopped breathing. but for the grace of God i am still here, disabled but alive. user beware. ## Wow, I'm actually surprised they allow drugs like this to remain on the market. If death is a side effect, then what's the point of taking it? LOL! no pun intended there. You can actually report experiences like this to the FDA's med-watch program if you wish to.
