The company symbol is w for wyeth. ## There are several companies, actually, that use a W logo, including Watson Pharmaceuticals. Are there any additional markings on the pill, along with the W? That is the only way for me to identify it for you.

What over the counter med looks like the white oblong/oval Perococet 10mg? I think someone took my meds and replaced them with something else. I received a different manufacturers pill and it is different. Last time it was a dusty rose pill that was quite small with a point on either end. This new batch is a triangular white pill with 3759 on one side and a 1 on the other. Does this sound correct? ## From our records I was able to locate that your pill 3759-I is Lisinopril 10 mg. A lot of times the manufacturers change their pill forms. Also the change of pills can mean a change in miligrams. Do you have any more questions or concerns? Please post back if you do.
