looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## i found a white rather thick white oblong pill with no markings on either side. it is smooth. These tablets marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are ALL over the counter products. This one contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 60mgs of Caffeine and 15mgs of Pyrilamine, this is a generic or store brand of Midol Menstrual Relief. What led you to believe this contained Hydrocodone?

I did do some digging around and located a 500mg Acetaminophen liquid solution with the words "Premier Value" standing before it - though it was reportedly labeled by Chain Drug Consortium LLC and made by Aurohealth - So I don't know if there's any connection between the tablet and solution in that regard...
