I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! May I ask what a Lupin n357 pill looks like and what it contains? ## @Link, You mentioned that the writing faded off of your tablet. Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!

I was given a white oblong pill with just a 5 on it. I was told it was an opioid. A percocet 10 mg. It's driving me mad that I can't figure this out!! Someone please help. ## Jay, a 5 denotes 5mg, not 10 mg. At least with any pain meds I know. Just saying.

With k34 imprinted on one side and the other side is blank. ## Based on the description provided, I've identified your pill as Acetaminophen 325mg. I'm not certain if there's also another ingredient by the name of Phenylacetone (phenylpropan), but the name happened to be listed alongside Acetaminophen in my research. The tablet's description indicates that it's used for relieving sinus (mucous) congestion, cough and cold symptoms, fever reducer, minor aches and pain, among other uses as well. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen Details I hope this helps!

is the m365 pill a norco? and is considered a vicodin ## Okay, Norco and Vicodin are both name brands for a medication that contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, which is a narcotic analgesic. The tablet in question, with the M 365 marking, is a generic that contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Has me confused. Vicodin is Vicodin and nor on is basically double the strength basically 2 vicodins =norco

please tell me what this is… side effects and whatever else… ## Please see this discussion thread for the answer: Forums/view_drug_submission.asp?Drug=what+is+m357&Page=105739 ## yes that could be vicodin 7.5mg well it keeps you amped up and its pretty much a painkiller the only bad side effect that it could give you is if you are experimenting with them for longer than 2 weeks at 2 pills aday you will feel like crap you just want to sleep and some flu like symptoms come into play.bottom line its an opiate for which doing a vicodin is almost the same as doing heroin. ## M357 is hydrocodone 5 mg hydrocodone/500 mg of acetaminaphen. ## Trust me on this. M357 IS NOT 7.5 MG Hydrocodone. It is as the 3rd poster said, 5 MG Hydrocodone, 500 MG Acetaminophen. I used to be an avi...

I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

I have a white oblong pill that just has A5 on it. I cant find info on it anywhere. Is it supposed to be oxycodone? ## There are white round Oxycodone (5mg) pills that are marked with A5, but I haven't come across an oblong one yet. For verification, the round ones are manufactured by Actavis and carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2876. You could contact Actavis directly to find out if they switched from round pills to oblong pills... Otherwise, if yours isn't from a licensed pharmacy then I can only assume that it's counterfeit, foreign, or something else altogether. Hope this helps!

I found a pill in my daughters dresser drawer. Can you tell me what it is? It has the numbers P 243 long white pill. ## This is a store brand tablet to treat PMS, similar to Midol. ## I found the same pill in my daughter's room after a school friend had visited. I was relieved to read it was for PMS and not some kind of pill bought on the street for the kids to abuse. I have since verified the the pill P243, is definitely for a female's menstrual discomfort.

I have a white oblong pill with a symbol on the back looking almost like a v and scored with a 25 on one side. ## Hi Trish, Any chance that the pill your describing is light pink as opposed to white? Just wondering because I located a pink Elliptical / Oval shaped pill marked with "V 25". It's identified as Diphenhydramine HCL (25 mg), which is mainly used to treat allergies, insomnia, motion sickness, and even used as a sleep aid. This could be a CVS or Walgreen pill, perhaps antacid?? ## The closest match I found has the same imprint, but is round and not elongated as you mentioned. Since no other results come close in the prescription drug databases, I'm thinking you are right in that this is an over-the-counter medication. I would probably consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out, as over-the-counter meds usually don't show up in the prescription drug databases for identification, and aren't required to show up either. Please do post back though if you are able to have it identified there in person, so others here can see what it is. Thanks!
