round white tablet with AN 627 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## not much detail; just a med size white tab plain w/ no score on one side and other side says AN on top and below is 627. ## And to add an identification for anyone else looking, the tablet with the AN 627 marking contains 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a centrally acting analgesic. It is derived from an opiate, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and can cause side effects similar to most narcotics, such nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Identify a pill found in our home - help please. We have a teenage son and recently found a white, circular pill on the floor which has the "F" marking on it (including the brackets). Mylan 162 is the closest match I could find to Mylan 62. The word Mylan and 162 are on the same side of the pill with a score line going across the middle - and the otherside of the pill is just solid white. I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain. Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos. ## these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol. ## AN 627 does contain 50mgs of Tramadol, however, there can be some differences in generic drugs, so they may not work as well as the others you were getting. ## These don't seem to be as strong as some of the other tramadol I have taken, such as the Mylan. What is it? ## Hi Lou, Does the letter "R" on your pill look anything like the Actavis "R" logo that's sorta shaped like a bow tie on one end? I suppose it could even resemble part of the letter Y sticking out like this ">R" but with more of a downward facing angle to it. I am 100% sure they are 8 mg subutex. I am prescribed these monthly. It's a generic version. My bottles say buprenorphine 8mg sl tabs. Is there a metoprol 50mg with the number 631? ## Hi ambi, Based on my research, I don't believe there is a Metoprolol with that exact marking. Perhaps it could be a number within another set of numbers or imprint, but I'm not finding anything that matches 631 in and of itself. The closest Metoprolol I located is a white round pill with a triangle logo sitting above the numbers "831". This happens to be a 50mg Metoprolol succinate extended release tablet.
