I was just switched from taking 2 150 mg to 1 300mg (pill 142 ) I know lots of complaints about generics - anyone take the 142 300mg pill ? How did you feel ?? I have an abscessed tooth, and my dentist prescribed me vicodin 5/300. Every 4-6 hrs as needed. If one doesnt do the trick do you think it would be safe to take 1 and a 1/2 to 2 every 4-6 hrs as needed? ## It should be fine. I don't care what the research states: Wellbutrin causes your period to be late. I'm usually on time with my period, been taking the medicine 2 x a day (300mg) for 6 weeks now, still no period. When you first started taking Wellbutrin how soon did you know it was working? ## I was prescribed recently wellbutrin xl 150. After 2 weeks and good effects such as waking up easy and alert, feeling"lifted" my psych. chose to up the dose to 300. I have been on this for 1 week my side effects arent as good example- drowsy and harder to wake up- not having that same lift as with 150.
