Without knowing what that writing is, I can't say for sure, but I think you may have found a 25mg Atenolol tablet with the marking RE 19 that is manufactured by Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. I have a tiny white pill, just off white, really, but you could call it white. It's just a little bigger than a birth control pill. One side appears to be completely blank. The other side appears to have a Roman letter capital A that covers most of the pill. In the open underside of the A there appears to be a lower case i. Below that there appears to be a very small capital T and D, separated by a slight space. There is a remote possibility that the A is a V, but then the TD is at the top and printed upside down. ## The marking is ATD, what you thought was an I is a stylized logo of a mortar and pestle. This tablet contains 19mgs of Levothyroxine and 4.5mgs of Liothyronine, commonly sold under the brand name Armour Thyroid. These are Thyroid hormones.

This pill was found in my prescription of Clonaxapam2mg. It is half the size of Clon., like a white baby asprin.
