I found a little white pill in the bottom of my bag , I was wonding if someone could tell me what it is before going through all my med bottles ## The pill in description is Metoprolol tartrate Oral (25 mg). NOTE: Just to confirm, it's a little white round pill with M 18 on one side and a score line on the other side. small round white pill on one side it has a m and under the m is 18 the other side has got a line through the middle ## Is the marking M 18 or M 12? Your post is a little confusing. If it is M18, then you have 25mgs of Metoprolol, used to help control high blood pressure. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. I found this little white round pill with either o-m or w-o on one side (I'm not sure it there is a dash between the letters or not) and 180 on the other, it's about 1/4 in diameter. round little white pill,with a line in middle numbers 183 ## Sorry, I can't find any listings, in multiple databases for any prescription pills with only a 183 on them, are there any other markings? Letters? Numbers? Logos? ## Cannot identify pills I found, searched for hours on drug searches ect. Round white one side has a 183 and a greater than symbol with a less than symbol when held upright. Could be seen as two 45 degree angles facing each other one inside the other. The other side has a score on it halfing the pill. Also appears to have a coating. I though these pulls were morphine sulfates. But now I don't think so, cannot identify it anywhere.
