This is only a guess, because the imprint is hard to read, but if it is the size of a tiny, birth control tablet, then it may be one called Cilist, that has a C 250 and 35, to denote the amount of hormones in it and the brand name. I Have been asking alot of people and looking on the internet and i still cant figure out what these pills are. They are little, round, and blue. My daughter is telling ppl that i sent her out to a stranger and he gave her little round blue pills, first she said she didn't know what they were then said they were perks. now i have her dad trying to gain custody. i used to take prescribed perks giving by Dr due to compressed disk in back. and both my kids know what perks look like. I can't vouch for it's quality/efficacy, but images I'm finding do match up with your description having the "D|Z" on one side (separated by a score line) and Mk on the back.
