However I do have a few questions that may help narrow down future search efforts if you still happen to have the pill on hand: - Do you know what type of shape the pill is (round, oblong, etc)? - Is the letter "R" in a cursive-like font (similar to this "-R")? - Does the score line go all the way across the backside or does it stop half way on either side of the "-150-"? I Have been asking alot of people and looking on the internet and i still cant figure out what these pills are. They are little, round, and blue. Did you mean just the score line to divide the pill? If so, that is all it is, it's an indention mark placed on tablets to make it easier to divide the dosage, if necessary and it is found on all types of pills, not just narcotics. I don't know what's on the other side of the very bright blue, very small round pill, but one side has a 'cursive' v. looks like a valium little blue round with dz on one sideline in middleon the other smooth m< ## @dpra, Based on your description, what you have is a 10mg Diazepam tablet sourced from a company called "Medicamentos Corporacion" in El Salvador. I can't vouch for it's quality/efficacy, but images I'm finding do match up with your description having the "D|Z" on one side (separated by a score line) and Mk on the back. It's hard to know for sure, but I believe the V is the logo for Qualitest pharmaceuticals. This pill could be anything from a narcotic for pain to a benzodiazepine for anxiety. It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. this was found on a student with little language and who says its for headache. ## Hi becky, I came across information in the following discussion thread suggesting that this tablet may contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen: Discuss/500-JCL-238287.htm According to post #1 within that discussion, "JCL" apparently corresponds with a Palestinian company, which would explain why I'm not finding any specific details about the pill in standard US search engines.
