All medications containing Propoxyphene were removed from the market several years ago, due to the risk they caused of cardiac dangers, as well as an inordinate number of overdose deaths. It's a dangerous medication to take. The FDA lists this as having been a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. There is no ip190500. Only P500 on one side only. One side is blank. ## Is this a pink, oblong tablet? If so, it was manufactured by Pliva and they list it as having contained 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene. This medication has been removed from the market, because of the risk it caused of cardiac injury and a high number of overdose deaths, as reported by the FDA. Currently, the FDA only allows a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose and the tablet you listed contained 500mgs of it, along with the Hydrocodone. This was done to try to reduce the number of overdose deaths from Acetaminophen toxicity. I found it after the death of my aunt. ## I think the marking you're looking at may actually be TCL 003, it is manufactured by Time Cap Laboratories and they list it as containing 5mgs of Bisacodyl, which is a laxative that is used to treat constipation. However, I do know that it has been discovered and proven that a lack of the proper amount of Zinc in the body can lead to some conditions that result in severe diarrhea.
