I started taking isosorbide man er 30 mg on a Sunday, I developed what I thought was a bad bug really high fever and diarrhea. I got a little better. I even called the Dr. He said discontinue for one day and see if there was a difference. I did and didn't notice any . I got better and then about 4 days later developed severe abdominal pain and fever again. I'm being treated for diverticulitis, but waiting for a CT to confirm this.
