My mother's pills fell out of their bottle. I found one in there that says h146. I can't identify so far. Her bottle says Lisinopril. ## Hello, Jan! How are you? Since my Amlodipine pills were changed to Lupin Pharmaceuticals (LU H13 imprint) I have been having a really bad headache, my blood pressure is up and I've been having problems with my vision. I have been on this pill for years & never had any problems until this month when the manufacturer was changed to Lupin. ## Lupin lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Amlodipine, is the same dosage that you were taking prior to receiving this tablet? please be informed that I m taking CARDACE H10 twice daily, whether it is harmful, kindly let me know, ## You should take the medication as prescribed by your doctor, since it is far more risky to allow high blood pressure, or a cardiac condition to remain out of control.
