Hello. I’m Rick. I was wondering about an issue with my left eye drooping when I get up in the morning. Someone mentioned it could be an eye allergy so I bought Visine allergy drops and it helps for like 3 hours then it starts to droop again, then I put the drops in and it’s fixed again. Just wanted some opinions. Also, I forgot to mention my eyebrow moves upward towards my hair and when I use the drops it relaxes again.
