I am taking this pill and it does not help my pain. I have fibromyalgia and this is what the pharmacy gave me and does nothing for me . is there some other a pain reliever that I should be taking? Meclizine is effective in inhibiting the symptoms of motion sickness, such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. But I see nothing about this drug being used to manage inflammation or pain. It belongs to the drug class of anticholinergic antiemetics, and not pain relievers. I do find it odd that he or she would prescribe something for motion sickness when you have back pain. My friend gave me this pill and told me that it was ordered online from the United States, and that it helps with anxiety. I have some pills they are football shaped and are light beige they say 40 in black on one side but have no other markings. It's a light blue, maybe turquoise, capsule shaped pill. It has a capitalized A on half of the pill with a line down the middle, on the other half the numbers are 750. There's no name or nothing on the other side of the pill. ## I was able to locate A 750 oblong shaped, but it's yellow. Is there any other markings on the pill? Scored?
